Pricing and Bookings

Casa de Pastores has 14 beds distributed over several basic yet clean and orderly rooms. Bathrooms and showers are shared. During parts of the year access to the Covadonga Lakes is restricted. When making your reservation for the stay you will be able to provide your car's license plate. We will then ensure it is entered into the traffic system of the national park so you can drive up to the refugio with your vehicle. If you will rent a car and do not know your license plate yet, please send it through email once you have picked up your rental car.

IMPORTANT We have a daily limit of vehicles that can access the national park with a reservation, we therefore cannot guarantee when you make a reservation that the limit has not been exceeded. We will inform you as soon as possible in case it did exceed the limit. In peak season a minimum of 2 passengers per vehicle is required for reservations with vehicles. ​​​​We enter license plates for access to the park once daily at night. If you wish to make a reservation for the same day and enter with your car, please contact Laura at +34 689 596 616. She will be able to enter your license plate faster, but it may still take up to two hours as the vehicle access system is updated every 60 minutes.

 

AUGUST  Due to high demand in the peak-season, in month of August we charge half-board pricing. This includes the stay (18 EUR), dinner (18 EUR) and breakfast (7 EUR).

** Our lodge is located in the mountains completely off grid. Water and electricity is scarce, which is why we charge for showers.

Cancelation Policy

In case of cancellation:

  • If the reservation is canceled more than 14 days before the scheduled check-in date, 100% of the amount received will be refunded, minus a €5 refund processing fee.

  • If canceled between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled date, 50% of the deposit and the €5 refund processing fee will be withheld.

  • If the reservation is canceled within the 7 days prior to or on the scheduled date, 100% of the deposit may be withheld due to the lost opportunity to rebook the space.

Weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancellation refunds.
